      Pros

      The support you have from everyone around you, from your peers to your manager and even the leadership team. You are recognized for your hard work, your are challenged daily by being pushed outside your comfort zone, and I've been able to see myself and others around me grow. And you're compensated for the results you produce.

      Cons

      It's a lower base salary to start, but if you're good at the job and you work hard, you can make more money here than other jobs, even other sales jobs. Benefits are good, not great. It's not an easy job, so if you're looking for easy, this isn't the place. People work hard, expectations are high, and everyone is taught and held accountable to the standards that result in success.

      Pros

      Good working environment, Supporting staffs and mentoring managers. There are a lot of growth opportunities. Love the training provided by the company. The new CEO is so inspiring, Every time I hear him speak, it is extra motivation. I am thinking he is leading the company in the right direction. You work smart and hard; you are going to reap the fruits of success.

      Cons

      Still room for growth and I see the company growing towards it.

      Leadership's vision is clear and on the right path for huge growth opportunity! The culture and people are second to none. There is no better training and resources available to recent grads, as well as more experienced employees. I have found my home and my dream job!
