I started at Collabera fresh out of college and have had a great experience over the last 4 years! I have been promoted 3 times and given the opportunity to build my book of business with top-performing clients. I call Collabera the "land of opportunity", if you come in ready to work hard and have a positive mindset, the sky is the limit!

Cons

Overall I've had a positive experience, the only cons are that we are 5 days on site. However, there is flexibility if you are hitting certain sales metrics.
