I would have to say no pros at all. This company is just another outsourcing company making money from middle eastern or south east Asian countries and then asking U.S. citizens to work for 2/3 of the going rate in the area.

Cons

Read the pros. They offer nothing. i.e. Health Insurance, Holidays or PTO

Can't think of any. Except the salary is credited on time.

Cons

Worst experience working with this company. They lack proper management. No work ethics. No transparency. For one simple request/ question, their recruiting/ immigration takes months to reply. Disappointing that I ever joined this company. I'll never recommend working for Collabera even to my worst enemies.

in the time i was here, I have not seen any pros..bad reps fake relationships.

Cons

i feel so defeated and unfair that i get paid so less for the work i do, Collabera has been using me as a cash cow for a long time and don't really seem to live on their promises, I had to fight for my case, this is pure exploitation and bad practice they don't really understand the value of their employees, absolutely unfair in such a marketplace, there are better places in this country that you could work for, Collabera is definitely not one of them, don't do it, I was trapped and I advice please reconsider your options, you dont want to be in my situation at all....trust me
