Thank you for your review and thoughts - we see the verve you're bringing, and we appreciate the chance to elaborate. Collabera has spent the past few years in a very systemic upgrade of how the company works - and has even split into more than one company as we revisit ourselves from the ground up. During this time, we've recognized the need to improve in this area, and have made big strides to address it. At this time, we offer employees flexibility to spend time with their families and have a great work/life balance - which is vital for our employees' mental health and wellness. Our Women’s Leadership Advisory Board has appointed a committee focused on Working Moms. As an example of the actions taken by this committee, a 2022 initiative had them working with our HR department to provide a new paternity leave benefit that represented dramatic improvements over the former one. This year, they are looking at more great initiatives for our Working Moms. We'd be excited to share additional details on this with you!
