Great company culture, supportive management, excellent benefits and good compensation! There are plenty of opportunities for career advancement and lots of guidance for newer sales professionals.

Cons

Sometimes stressful. The sales role puts a large emphasis on metrics and compensation is defined by performance. The company offers a base salary + commission.
