As a full-time Collabera employee who worked as a full-time contractor for Boeing, the entire process of contract work was incredibly disorganized. When asking for references upon the end of my contract, neither Boeing nor Collabera said they were able to provide me with one since both claimed they were not my direct supervisors. Boeing claimed since my paycheck was through Collabera, it had to be them I used as a reference. However, my manager at Collabera claimed Boeing had to be used since they never worked directly with me. Up until then, I had received glowing reports so I was very confused by this sudden shift.

I had to spend over 2 years working for Collabera and their poor pay and poor benefits.
