Work/life balance (more so because this was barely monitored)

Cons

Zero organization The business model was non-existent People were running around office barefoot all the time It felt like a sorority and not a place of business Upper leadership is corrupt and only looking out for the top performers Music blaring at all times. How are you supposed to work when profanity is blaring

You are disposable commodity

Pros

Fun to go on meetings with clients. The reward of getting someone a job is a good feeling.

Cons

You are disposable. They will not be loyal to you. Managers have personal agendas and they will rip you to shreds even if you are doing a good job. Turnover rate is high. It will seem like a great job at first, then the day will come where you get fired out of no where for no reason. Managers sometimes sit in other offices where they have no visibility of how hard you work day-to-day, then will still knock you down as if you aren't doing a thing because they aren't even there. It's also pretty drama filled/cliquey with young college students.

1. Decent work environment 2. OK benefits 3. Flexibility in schedule 4. Good exit policies 5. Decent pay if you are in your early 20s

Cons

Most of this company is bad. I had to rake the mind for the pros above. Overall, this isn't a good place to work, especially given their outdated view of the industry.
