      Very Pushy Recruiters

      Pros

      -They managed to get me a job -They leave you alone once you are placed in a job

      Cons

      -The recruiters are very pushy, and all offers are exploding job offers. -They will lowball you. I rejected their offer and they came back offering twice the pay of the original offer. This is because the less they pay you, the more they can line their pockets.

      Pros

      - Potential, deep book, overshadowed by poor staff oversight.

      Cons

      - Reputation - W2 wage rate - No AE communication with fielded/deployed resources and those in pipeline - Determine weeks/months later your recruiter ' left the company' after submittal. Expect not to be informed. - Lost primary vendor status with fortune 500 client for non-acceptable reasons. Poor treatment for remaining contractors being pushed out. I have over 20 years experience in and out of the consultant arena and have managed on the client and consultative side. Make your own judgement, but proceed at your own risk.

      Update review now that I no longer work there

      Pros

      Good experience. Helped me figure out I never want to work for a foreign company and especially not in staffing.

      Cons

      I quit for another job a few months ago and was told my manager was going to take care of all my contacts but I still get phone calls from managers asking about emails they previously sent me sand if I can help fill a roll. Needless to say, they're shocked when I tell them I don't work there any more. Got a phone call yesterday from one manager and he told me my email is still functioning as if I'm still there. He said there was an autoreply saying I was "in a flight until Friday". That should be illegal - I'm extremely uncomfortable knowing someone is using my email as if it's still me. It reflects badly on me and I'm not even there. But I guess it reflects even worse on the company when my contacts find out I've been gone for months. Unbelievable. Says a lot about the company
