      nice coworkers, hiring process was quick

      Cons

      they dont allow room for growth unless they actually like you, boss was not nice. they overwork you and you are not appreciate it for it. they play favorites.

      Many recruiters misrepresent the job by a LONG SHOT

      Employee week is fun because you get to go do activities outside the office

      Cons

      The recruiter is getting paid to sign people up which leads to complete lies about what the job entails. Many don’t warn you that you will be dialing all day and that you aren’t on track to an account manager role for a long time. If you’re okay with dialing all day long and getting treated based on how well you do that day then good job but if you’ve been told you’ll be hanging out with clients and taking them out then you’ve been lied to
