      no worklife balance or value of employees

      Pros

      The only pro is that they pay the employees well.

      Cons

      No regard for work/life balance. Only focus is $ and little care for employee happiness. Employees are expected to drive to work in snow storms even though everyone has work from home capabilities and company issued laptops. Hours are 8:30 - 5:30 but employees are heavily encouraged to work overtime in order to receive recognition. Does not offer flexible schedules. Not ideal place to work for people with families or those about to start a family. Bad communication of policies and procedures. Outdated systems. Does not provide employees with the tools needed to help them succeed in their roles.
