      Liars, cheats, and abusive towards employees

      The pay was fairly good, after they got their cut,

      Cons

      Management was never there, they did not care about their employees the clients we worked for treated their employees like absolute crap and they didn't care about anything except for getting more people so they could make more money

      Abusive and disrespectful company (repeated FCC Violations)

      Pros

      There are no pros that I know of, but it requires a 20 word minimum... Also, it only has the option of "Current" and "Former" employee status, but I wanted to warn others that might find themselves in the same predicament while trying to utilize job portals for seeking employment. I have never worked for Collabera and never will because of their practices, so I chose "Former" as I am a 'missed opportunity'!

      Cons

      They collect resumes from job portals then abuse the contact information by having multiple recruiters contact you about the same job at the same time. I requested they remove me indefinitely from communications from their company and they continue to contact me. I would like to advise anyone being harassed by this company to their mobile phone to file a complaint with the FCC so that this company can start being held accountable and getting fined for all of its abuse.

      A lot to Learn

      Pros

      Very hands on corporate management interaction. Super flexible, so flexible you can interview for a new job on their clock. (Yes, I Have witnessed an employee doing this).

      Cons

      Poor training and they pay way lower than their competitors and ask you to do more than one person should do. Favoritism with the male employees. Will not handle employee internal issues properly.
