      One of the best jobs I’ve had to date

      Pros

      It has been a whirlwind experience so far in all the best ways. I already love my job and everything about it and I’m excited to see what my future at Collabera holds in store. If it’s anything like the past year, there’s only good things on the horizon.

      Cons

      If I had to write something, I guess I’d say communication could be better, especially between the different departments.

      Pros

      There are tremendous opportunities to learn and grow. Since being employed at Collabera, I can honestly say that each and every day presents opportunities to work with new people and help them in a way you never expected. Because of the fast-paced environment and the company’s go-getter mentality, there is constantly something new, different, and challenging to face. This environment encourages and rewards those willing to take on those challenges and grow from them.

      Cons

      Much longer hours than I’ve worked before. The pay is excellent as a result, but it’s a bit tiring week to week.

      Good hours & paid on time

      Pros

      Hours are consistent which is nice. Pay comes on time every time. I’ve worked too many jobs where payroll screwed over my money. Sometimes it felt like it was intentional but I could never prove it. It made payday a living hell because you never knew if you’d be getting your full paycheck. Happy to report that’s not the case here.

      Cons

      Just happy to have a job with everything happening in the world right now.
