Pros

For me, I would say the best thing about working here is the environment and my coworkers. I enjoy seeing my coworkers and managers daily and the environment is still incentivized for workers to be productive, successful and grow.

Cons

The section I am working in is new to Collabera so management seems to be working through some things.

Lovely, wonderful people, but not a good opportunity for a seasoned recruiter

Cons

Sales/Account executives are grossly inexperienced, lack training or any basic understanding of technology. The most disheartening thing is that management does not recognize this. Off-shore resources are more important to the organization and on-shore delivery resources will never have a chance to grow in the current model.
