      The people who I worked with were amazing. Really good bunch of contractors at the job

      Cons

      Low pay, 0 health benefits unless you like paying 300-400$ a paycheck for them. No advancement at all 0 chance of getting hired on by the company you are working through these guys. Very deceiptful in the way they handle things. Not a very trustworthy place. On top of all of that, When I submitted my two weeks I was not paid my last pay check. I have called india and left messages until I was blue in the face. In closing, if you like a terrbile experience filled with lies and betrayal this is the place for you. Collabera is nothing more than a compnay applying indian rules in an american market... avoid at all costs

      They will screw your visa

      None. Im not giving any rating to this company because you don't deserve it (not even a star).

      Cons

      Bad and rude HRs. They will yell at you if you ask for information. Absolutely no patience. They do not notify if your project ends and this may put your visa in jeopardy. They do not give any termination benefits either. I had a really bad experience with this company and would never ever want anyone go through what I have been through.

      STAY AWAY.

      Pros

      -good happy hours -higher a lot of recent college grads so you are able to meet a lot of people if you just are beginning your career

      Cons

      The management here is completely out of touch with reality. Associate Account managers in my office lasted on average 3 months before quitting as our manager was incredibly negative, rude, and unapproachable. Management would set goals out of reach and promise various rewards of "getting to leave early" and then would back out of those promises when the goals were met. Upper management should have noticed that they lost at least 10 AAMs within the span of 6 months and realize the management issue at hand but they're completely out of touch. Additionally, you are expected to give up all sense of work life balance. STAY AWAY. I wish someone had told me this before I joined.
