Not much upward mobility; immediate manager or national account manager not very understanding or business solution oriented; not with the times in pay, bonus structure, or commission structure;

Pros

You do make close friends and the environment could be fun at times, but when your entire team gets let go or quits because of ONE manager you start to question a lot about the ethics of the company.

Cons

At first when I started I liked it - but once we got new management it became unbearable. The manager sets unrealistic numbers for you to hit and if you don't hit them you get penalized for it. Very high school environment. The hours are ridiculous and there is no work life balance. The way they sell the role is not even close to what it actually is. I would NOT recommend this for any recent graduate. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WORKING HERE!!!
