Collabera Operations Associate/Account Manager reviews

Interview made the position out to be more than a dream job when in reality the role included unrealistic metrics to achieve. Assignments you'd work very hard for would disappear when a new assignment was put out. You never really felt like you were accomplishing anything. Getting hires was mostly luck, the hardest working people in our office would often make less progress than the least hard working. Overall, the consensus among employees was this role was a good 6 months of experience and stepping stone to move onto a better position with a better company.
