Pros

There really isnt any pros

Cons

The regional manager is a sexist and racist, and has the biggest ego. They pay you 30,000 and say you will be in sales but you recruit for over a year

Pros

Fun to go on meetings with clients. The reward of getting someone a job is a good feeling.

Cons

You are disposable. They will not be loyal to you. Managers have personal agendas and they will rip you to shreds even if you are doing a good job. Turnover rate is high. It will seem like a great job at first, then the day will come where you get fired out of no where for no reason. Managers sometimes sit in other offices where they have no visibility of how hard you work day-to-day, then will still knock you down as if you aren't doing a thing because they aren't even there. It's also pretty drama filled/cliquey with young college students.
