Pros

Becoming an AAM is an okay job right of college if you don’t know what to do with your life. All your colleagues will be aged 21-30 so it is a fun work environment if you want to be social.

Cons

Once promoted, TRs are treated terrible and the account managers are praised. Management doesn’t listen to your suggestions and when told you are unhappy, they don’t do anything. Don’t get stuck working here. PAY IS AWFUL!! Salary is unlivable, and takes so long to get commission. Benefits are terrible.

Pros

They hire fresh grads out of college and the job provides great experience that can translate well into a variety of fields. Very hands-on learning environment. Good work-life balance if you are able to set strong boundaries.

Cons

Very repetitive work and not much responsibility. During the interview process, I was told I would be promoted in 3-6 months. That time frame is an average - not a guarantee the way they made it sound. Some people get promoted in three months, other take a year. Depends on how much money you're making the company. Bad safety measures for employees during Covid.

Thanks for reviewing our Seattle office. We're proud of the productive, hands-on experience new professionals receive there. First jobs often start with the basics but we are thrilled to recognize people when it's the right time and have them advance in the business.

Pros

Attentive to my concerns but failed to inform me of a mandatory 3 weeks of unpaid time off with the current project I am assigned to, and now I am struggling.

Cons

No pay for 3 weeks during the holiday season is just brutal and I was not aware so I could not have prepared.
