      Pros

      They have plenty of projects to place you in at a wide range of companies that can eventually turn into full-time opportunities.

      Cons

      Keep in mind, this was during the pandemic when everyone in all levels of the organization had to adapt. But in my experience, i've had important information regarding the company not delegated to me until it was too late.
