The company and the HR specially Suraj and Anushka have been very friendly. The collebera has given a very great opportunity to us to work with IBM . The training given in Manipal from collebera is very good too.

Cons

Cons would not be much .

Pros

If you are just working without required anything from company then it's a good company. If your manager want to come to you office on Saturday for any emergency work then you come with your responsibility company does not provide any composition or salary of that day.

Cons

For Appraisal here only provided fake promise that's your appraisal will be starting in next month and may be i have not got appraisal request from your manager. When i try to talk with manager they said i have done all formality from my own side.
