Good company to work for beginners.

Pros

When you are selected after your interview, you are going have a 15-30 days extensive training. Where you will learn a lot about the technology you will be working on. Followed by a practical exam and interview with the company you will be working for. HR will call you every month to check with you, how you are doing and how the hiring company is treating you. So overall good company to work with.

Cons

Lower salary, and less transparency during hiring process. If your are not selected in the hiring company you have 2 months of gap to fill.

It's one of the best company to work. They take care of all employees very well Management is super supportive

Cons

Leaves are limited please increase sick leaves
