provide support during certification process and for the first time they will pay for your expenses and classes, great fellow consultants to work with and be around

Cons

provide insufficient support for seasoned HMRS resources, yet no Workday experience. Instead of providing proactive support, they will ask "have you tried X....? " without ever telling you X is what needs to be done. Asking for personal time off or to work from home for more than two weeks , even for family/medical emergencies leads to being put on performance Improvement Plan. Watch out for training payback.. they want you to take training every year because you are responsible for paying it ALL back if you weave within 12 months of the training.

I've been working with them since 2011 and have no complaints.Management cares for you, helps you in times of need. Makes sure you are not pushed when finding projects. the marketing team does a great job in helping you land job offers.

Cons

Not a lot of benefits. You are mostly on your own with regards to leave/benefits. health insurance for an individual plan is extremely expensive through the company.
