Cons

Collaborate Solution supplies cheap IT labor to tier-1, tier-2 IT staffing companies. 99% of the management either don't have any domain knowledge or possess half-knowledge, but on the business end, they pretend like SMEs. Most importantly, being an American company, no one speaks good English. Tough visa laws can give a hard time to this company as it is an H1B dependent company(more than 95% of the company's consultants are on the non-immigrant visa).

Pros

Good way to start your career. But don't expect growth, training opportunities. You are in charge of your career. Grow on your own. Very simple, you work, you get paid.

Cons

Make sure you stay here for the duration of the greencard process. The company will cancel the paperwork if you accept a fulltime offer. Working on a percentage basis, you normally pay for the greencard process through payroll deductions. Yet they will cancel it once you leave. Lacks opportunities for growth. No mentorship. It's a bodyshop.
