Pros
Training is online, Mostly from India, by Trainers who have very poor Technical and communication skills. In Technologies like JAVA, DBA online training wont help you gain any knowledge. Should improve here and make it in class and practical training should concentrate more on consultants who are on OPT and need more guidance
Cons
Many of My Friends working here for 1-2 years, including me requested to apply for H1B , They said they will apply, But we believe they didn't as they said none got selected in the lottery, how is it possible for so many of them to not get picked up when the chances are 1 in 3 . They never shared the return receipt they got from USCIS, even when asked multiple times we were told they never received anything while all the employers got packets return in June and July.
