Pros

Treated equal to everyone else. I am respected as much as the CEO, I feel like. Flexible work days and schedules. Ideas and innovation are welcomed, not frowned upon.

Cons

Lonely at times working from home, and if I go to the office no one is there either.

Pros

I am new to CS but what impressed me was what how smart, hard working AND nice everybody is here. It reminds me of some of the great things I loved when I worked at PeopleSoft Consulting combined with capabilities I saw at Partner firms. Seems like they did a really nice job picking good stuff from all of these places.

Cons

Too soon to really know what those might be and in my case, I am hitting the ground running with my accounts and all seems good.
