11yCorrect - the sales commission amount is based on several factors, not simply the sale of a unit, and some is subjective. Almost anyone can sign up a new customer, but signing up the right customer is very important to us. Commission is based on new sales, helping other team members, performing daily/weekly tasks, learning the product, etc.
