      - Strong dedication to modernizing tech stacks - Extremely flexible work-life-balance - Growth-oriented managers and warm team dynamics - Genuinely fun domain, especially if you're a collector - Many opportunities for cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing - Strong team bonding - Very fair and excellent compensation, especially when considering the work-life balance

      Cons

      Collectors is one unified company but split between two major brands: PSA and PCGS. Critical redundancy and talent allocation vary between the two. On the tech side, you may be asked to move between brands. Both brands are great to work with, but ensure you're interested in both spaces as well as flexible with varying team sizes and levels of support.
