Pros

Collectors has a strong culture, rooted in the fact that the company itself is a mature, 40 year-old business but has recently (2021) supercharged its Product & Engineering team, along with rest of the organization. For that reason, the Product & Engineering org operates like a startup - move fast with the right level of friction - while giving employees a wonderful work-life balance.

Cons

Collectors isn't solving problems that are going to save the world - so if that's what you're looking for in a profession, you're at the wrong place. Instead Collectors is focused on creating a best-in-class experience for their customers.
