Cool industry and fun work environment and company perks
Pros
Santa Ana HQ has unlimited free fountain drinks, gourmet variety coffee choices, oval ice machines, and food truck with really low prices. Fun work environment where they do TCG nights, open house for internals, and company summer bbqs and annual holiday events. I feel that my work impacts the company's growth and positioning as a leader in the collectibles industry. Great people who love what they do and love collecting too
Cons
Not a con but more of a wish that there was an actual cafeteria with food options, kitchen and kitchen staff etc for convenience sake of something like that being in the building. We have an excellent food truck outdoors but would be nice to be in a big dining area and have a space for all of us to dine together as a team if/when we had time.
