      -Strong company culture, people truly love working here & bring a different level of passion to the workplace -Management is open minded, listens to feedback and keeps striving to be better -Big opportunity for growth, especially for female leaders which is not usually common in a company that has been around for almost 4 decades -You get the best of both worlds here at Collectors, start up growth but with funding since we have been leading the industry for almost forty years

      Not really a Con but we are growing/expanding quickly so we are going through the typically growing pains
