Pros

Many opportunities to move up in higher positions

Cons

Must be ready to learn multiple positions because you tend to move around depending on what work must be prioritised

Pros

Fair pay and good benefits

Cons

They hire unskilled, unexperienced family members and friends. Most of these individuals spend most of the day shopping online, visiting with friends and family, watching novellas on company computer and just goofing off. The good employees are expected to work all day, non-stop. Middle management also lacks the proper skills and experience and favor their friends and family. Management doesn't care.
