      Pros

      Very reliable work and a great training system. Gives you the ability to make more money the more effective you do your work. Gives you a basis and background for painting. Great job for a college student during the school year/summer.

      Cons

      Hours may very due to weather. Fear of heights may reduce your interest. Large margin of error of work is not up to standards.
