      Pros

      Forces you to learn time management. Allows you to see multiple sides of business (marketing, management, sales, budgeting). District Managers were interns that did well their intern year, so they know what you are going through. Gives you the opportunity to make $2,500-45,000 in 8 months. Introduces you to some of the best and the brightest in business.

      Cons

      Too much of a focus on sales during the first week of production You are often nervous that you might be underbudgeting the jobs that you estimated early in the year. If you get discouraged it can easily spiral out of control. You work longer hours than you ever thought you would work while in college.

      If you're ready to jump in head first and really work hard to achieve something, College Works Painting can be the place for you.

      Cons

      Completing a summer for College works can be very difficult, a lot of people drop out. This is because you have to work really hard, and for months, before you see any payback. But the average manager is compensated nicely, and its great for a resume.
