Promised Bonuses

Pros

You'll get paid 8.25/hr for sure and get some marketing and painting experience

Cons

The company gets a 51% overhead and you are doing all the work. They give you the name of the company and insurance but the rest is all up to you. They also promise bonuses that are impossible to reach. So they have you think you'll make 10-12 an hr but you only make minimum wage for hard outdoor work.

Way difficult, but so rewarding!

Pros

You learn so much more about yourself, about working with others, and about running a business than anywhere else i've seen. If you are willing to put in more effort than you ever had before then you will develop more and earn more than you ever have before.

Cons

Work is hard, but so is life... So learn to work. If you are the kind of person that needs to be constantly told what to do then this job isn't really for you, but if you're the kind of person that wants to grow and lead and decide what you want to do then hit this up.

Pros

It provides a way to see your potential in running your own business. You learn to work hard and form relationships with clients, employees, and co-workers.

Cons

There is essentially no training on the job site. You are basically placed at a house and expected to produce the house. Management does not care if you make a profit because no matter what they take their 40%. Many co-workers worked long hours and walked away with no compensation. It is very stressful.
