Pros
-Learn an incredible amount about the world of business, especially entrepreneurial business -Gain valuable real life experience -Have alot of fun -Gain lots of networking opportunites -Make a decent amount of money, especially from an internship program -Meet other amazing, driven, motivated, people -Go on sick trips -You will get LOTS of training, almost to the point you will get sick of it. In the end, it is very worth it -Great resources will you are participating in the internship, including a "paint guru" whose only job is to answer his phone and answer your paint related questions -All around this company and experience WILL change your life- Guarenteed
Cons
-It is ALOT of work. Be prepared to push yourself and work hard for your goals -Like a real new business, it takes some time to establish yourself and pay off your small amount of debt, which the company covers, before you actually see any profit -It is possible to "fail" If you dont put in the effort, which at some points may seem high, you wont realize your goals. Ultimately, if you are ambitious, and are willing to work for what you want, then you will do fine. If there is even an ounce of laziness or apathy in your personality, then you may want to stick to a shitty office job because you very well may be wasting your time.
