Pros
Tutoring the students is fun and challenging (in a good way), management is nice, the kids will warm up to you which is the best part. You get pay raises and more hours after working there for a year
Cons
Pay is quite bad ($12/hr) and the company does not provide compensation for travel. Shifts are only an hour long so it’s difficult to work a lot.
