Pros
Family atmosphere, positive work enviornment, great employees who are passionate about what they do. Collette provides a respectful work culture.and the HR team is top notch. A truly great place to work~!
Cons
None to mention. By no fault of Collette, the 2020 COVID pandemic devastated the entire travel industry. Collette, a 103 year old Tour company is the best in the industry and I know they will rebuild and rebound stronger than ever before! I very much look forward to travel bans and restrictions being fully lifted so people can continue to live their travel destination dreams!
