Pros

Collette puts their money where their mouth is in terms of culture and employee engagement. They work hard to ensure that the culture is not just talked about but exemplified and ingrained in everything we do and how we do it. The product is fun too!

Cons

Office location in Pawtucket is segregated across multiple buildings.
