Pros

Free wellness center on site, travel benefits if you are in the right position, some departments have good management.

Cons

Family-centric, hard to find upward mobility in most positions, going through a lot of transition/turnover right now, office working environment outdated.

Pros

Many great perks and benefits, good work and team feeling, travel is an exciting and engaging field even on the operational side it was interesting.

Cons

No time off for any reason during 90 trial period. I was fired for having strep twice and taking 3days out with a physicians note. Pay was only allright, parking was difficult. The company is going through a massive restructuring and doesn't seem to know what to do with itself. Management is clueless at higher levels and their concern for their employees is only surface deep.
