As part of the sales team wish we would be part of a commission pay out. Company is very customer centric we don't say no which put strains on us and teams. We should charge fees for changes consistently.

• Outdated tools and utiliity • Lack of communication between departments There is a heavy learning curve when it comes to using the proprietary company tools for reservations and phone calls. There are clunky and technical issues affecting the efficiency of the systems used. Most of training has to do with learning ways to work around these clunky issues. If these systems were updated, and automated , it would make everyone's job a lot easier. There is also a lack of communication between departments at times. leading to delays to resolve issues on certain reservations.
