Graduates and junior surveyors are not nurtured AT ALL the moment they step into the Graduate Scheme. The Talent Team are not responsive enough either when you try to express this to them. Directors are selfish and don't have time to run through simple tasks. Throughout my experience on the Grad Scheme, I did not meet a single senior to me who genuinely wanted me to do well. I thought prior to joining Colliers, there would be a nicer culture due to it being a lot smaller in the UK compared to JLL, Savills, CBRE etc, however I was wrong. It is very corporate and everyone is only in it for themselves. No humility nor kindness from any of the Surveyors. Admins, PBC and HR seem to be the only nice people within the office. It is genuinely a chore to come into the office everyday and be around such arrogance.
