Pros

still trying to find some pros. coworkers are nice and it's a job in the city and manhattan is always great.

Cons

- management does not care about company/office culture yet enforces a 5-day in-office mandate to the point of feeling micromanaged - management is still very new (including my direct boss) and you can tell - no one respects the marketing team. we're seen more as someone to blame and point fingers at rather than a true partner to get ahead in the business. no backing from upper management either as it seems they share the same sentiment. - benefits are not great
