The people are wonderful, the management really looks out for you and takes care of you. Everyone is collaborative in their efforts.

Cons

Just the nature of the business makes it a difficult thing to start into. You can easily get lost in all of the clutter.

Pros

There used to be a 4 day work week. Unsure if that is still an option to employees.

Cons

Both Directors of PM are mean very spirited individuals. There are no consequences for poor behavior of Property Managers toward the APM's. Hostile environment and bullying. Wouldn't go back if they salary was tripled. Portfolio sizes are large enough to keep team busy. Leadership actively holds back opportunities for promotions for some.
