Pros

Good benefits and decent pay. Most of the people are great .

Cons

Was required to go into the office 5 days per week when everyone else was able to work remotely 1-2 days. Even if there was zero workload and no one else was there, Felt like there was nothing I could do to see eye to eye with the boss and was told I was one of the people who assisted him the "longest" when I was only there for 2 years at that point. Says a lot.

Pros

Great benefits & work culture. Flex time & WFH opportunities are available. Room for growth. Yearly profit sharing and merit increases.

Cons

AP team struggled to pay vendors on time making it difficult to do business on my portfolio. Demanding hours and on-call schedule. Work-life balance is encouraged by management but the workload never supports a healthy work life balance.
