Pros

Fully remote/hybrid setup for some roles Opportunities to work with many different clients around the country Extremely thorough and organized training Most Professional development fees are reimbursed

Cons

Compensation is weak Weak Supervision/mentorship; you'll be expected to work mostly as an independent consultant Experience will vary greatly on what team/project/client you get to work with. Health/Dental/Vision benefits are below average and biweekly premiums (deducted from paycheck) are high. Only 3% RRSP match at first, and the maximum it goes up to is 4% after many years of service.
