Excellent compensation, wonderful people, and competitive benefits made this a great place to work. Lots of opportunity to travel and see other parts of the country/world.

Cons

Sometimes the lack of work/life balance made for some stressful situations. Upper Management occasionally had blinders on when it came to dissension in the rank and file folks.
