      Great company, needs to focus on retention more

      Pros

      Great people, love the CEO's vision, and always have fun. I've learned a lot and I enjoy what I do.

      Cons

      Need better compensation for non-producer support. More going into bringing in new talent and not enough going into retaining the people already there.

      Pros

      It a job and it does pay the bills. They treat employees the same, exactly the same, whether your good at your job or bad.

      Cons

      Very stingy. They prefer that their employees not think for themselves. They prefer you just do nothing until your told and then do it. It's basically like working for a dictator and they don't take kind to employee feedback either. They encourage employees to do be active in their community and to donate to charities. But yet they try not to spend a dime of their own money. Very good at spending others money.

      New technologies to work Feels like a small start-up in a big company Not too many processes

      Cons

      Top heavy organization and very political for a small IT team. Changes that impact you directly get implemented without communicated; therefore you often get surprised and frustrated. Almost to none processes often drive randomization from the leadership team.
