Pros

My two favorite thing about Colliers was the entrepreneurial environment and the push to collaborate with other brokers, locally and around the world.

Cons

Management was sort of like a revolving door during my 7 years there. I think the biggest con was a lack of local leadership.

Promising place to work

Pros

Good top and middle management, cared that employees had a nice place to work. When times were tough, they cut back on the quantity and some quality of perks, but didn't cut perks. Showed that they know/knew the importance of employee satisfaction, but kept an eye on the budget to ensure we had jobs.

Cons

All brokers, so some showed integrity, while others were sketchy. Not a direct reflection on Colliers - this could happen anywhere. Limited career growth unless you want to be a broker, but then, that's the industry.
