Pros

Colliers provides a great opportunity to succeed IF you intend on being a real estate broker, and a feeling of independence toward finding that success. If you bring in the big deals, age is irrelevant, respect is immediate.

Cons

Ive seen it mentioned before, smoke and mirrors. I completely agree. If you are not a broker, don't expect to be given the same respect. There is a tremendous opportunity in the commercial real estate industry to advance with the use of leading technology, Colliers from day one has been hesitant toward change, that is a dangerous approach to take, and a frustrating one for entrepreneurial types.
