      Decent place to work and learn

      Pros

      Aerospace is an exciting industry with lots to learn. Exposure to all sorts of aircraft and product development. Co-workers were very smart and helpful. Was very lucky to have a supportive boss. Opportunities for global travel.

      Cons

      Always behind in getting the parts to build the product, so there was a lot of time spent explaining and apologizing to the customer for being behind. Incoming inspection was a bottle neck and not well organized. Seems to be a revolving door of employees so there were always new people to train. Internal processes were not smooth. Very little opportunity for career growth.

      good working environment, work/life balance is good, salary fair to good

      Cons

      all sites need to have the alternate work day schedules (9/80, 10 hrs 4 days/wk, etc). promotions, open leadership positions are usually filled before they are even posted...who you know matters
